We talked to Sky tech builders and a few other general contractors. Sky tech builders only had a few reviews on Yelp compared to the other highly-rated contractors. They contacted us with a few references. We arepleased about them. The process was smooth and professional from design to finish.Yonathan and Leo were professional and knowledgeable from the first visit, and their communication was excellent. Their customer service is above and beyond. They handled everything from obtaining the city permit, schedulingshoppingwith us, and passing the final inspection smoothly. We will hire them for futureprojects and recommendthem to our family and friends.

Sky Tech Builders recently completed our garage remodel/finish in. Yonathan & Leo were extremely professional and courteous throughout the project. They managed all aspects with scheduling, workmanship, issues & always were immediate to respond to any questions we had. We appreciate the quality of work as well. Well done!

We recently bought the house for investment purposes, we loved the deep potential it had, and the fact we can gain an additional income for the detached ADU we had.
I called Sky Tech Builders and spoke with Jonathan & Leo, I explained that we are not living at the house and I need to make sure that they will supervise the project from start to finish.
After 2 zoom meetings, it was more than enough to make the call and hire them to do my remodeling.
We can speak highly of their level of performance, and the endless information they have as far as construction rules and regulations.
No matter the challenge we were dealing with along the way, Jonathan & Leo always had the right, quick, and money-efficient solution.
We should be back in the bay area soon, I can't wait to work with you gentleman's again.

I would highly recommend Sky Tech Builders. We did a major remodel (new roof, new HVAC, kitchen + 2 bathroom remodel, all new flooring, garage remodel, entirely new electrical and new sewer pipes, and more) of a home we bought that was in pretty bad shape. We met a lot of contractors before deciding on Sky Tech, and upon meeting Jonathan and Leo, we were immediately impressed by their professionalism, knowledge, and friendly manner.
They helped us understand costs, timeline, and all the ins and outs of doing a remodel. Embarking on such a large project, there are a lot of unknowns, but any time I had questions or concerns, they always answered in a timely manner and made us feel sure that things are moving in the right direction.
All the Sky Tech workers were hardworking and friendly, and it really felt like we were all on the same team to get the job done. We are so happy with our beautiful new home and are so grateful we found this team to help us!

My house was built in 1987 and i think that was the first and last time it went through any kind of remodeling or renovation , this was my parents house and I'm living here now with my husband, the style was old and we had a severe water damage due to old pipes.
At the beginning I didn't feel comfortable of doing any major changes to honor my parents, We interviewed 6 contractors and Nathan with SkyTech Builders was the only one that was able to provide us a quote that will not only fulfill our budget limits but will also make our house look new, styled and updated.
On our 2nd meeting he came with his designer and they were able to come up with creative ideas about the new design at my master bathroom and kitchen.
I am 100% satisfied with the final result.
He was just the right team player we needed to have our new house feel like true home, i was able to reserve my parents memory house and also get a new beautiful home.
