At 8:47 this morning a big white van pulled up to me in my neighborhood and said hey mami you look so hot. Before smiling and driving away I got his license plate 77692u2 his name is Alex and works for your company I have called about writing a formal complaint about this employee however no one responded I want people to know Alex call calls random women on the street and made me feel extremely violated and unsafe in my own neighborhood. This happened on March 11th Berkeley California on Carleton St.

We got a new front porch constructed and a full bathroom remodeled with J&A Builders - and we are very happy with the outcome. Juan and Adriana were very communicative and honest throughout the process, and were also accommodative to our change requests. Everything was done up to code and on time, which was our main priority. We are very thankful to Juan, Adriana, and their entire crew for a hassle-free construction process. I would highly recommend them for any construction needs!

We are in the process of adding 400 sqf to our home and converting the previous living room into a bedroom and full bathroom, and remodeling our backyard. We are extremely satisfied with the work we are getting done by J&A Builders Inc. They are very professional, personable, caring, timely, and knowledgeable. We highly recommend their work. This is a great company they did a very professional job. The owner juan where very involve in the process answer all of my questions and where done in timely manner. I highly recommend them. I'm truly happy with the results I will be hiring them for all my future projects. One of the best contractor in the Bay Area.

Our experience with J&A Builders was really good! We asked a number of contractors for our remodeling project (new loft + full bathroom renovation) and we found Juan & Adrianna to be by far the most transparent, flexible and ethical in their approach and communications. They worked meticulously throughout the project and delivered the finished output before our hard deadlines. Juan is extremely knowledgeable about construction and patiently answered our numerous questions. At the same time, Adrianna provided great recommendations on color schemes and designs. The final results were high quality and exceeded our expectations. We are very grateful to their entire team for all the hard work! They were also very accommodative throughout the construction process to our requests and project scope changes or additions. The most important thing for us was that they made sure that everything was done up to code and with all the necessary permits. We would definitely recommend J&A Builders for anyone considering home construction or remodeling.
