Afsar Ali (apparent Uber Data Scientist) is an unprofessional and unethical person who has not paid his bill and cannot even remember his password (if you are using Asfar Ali as a data scientist I would be worried). After 11 years in business Afsar Ali data scientist from Uber loses his password and destroys an LTS Security NVR (he tried to fix it for his association unsuccessfully and bricked it, that means he destroyed the internal software. We have not come across another bricked NVR from LTS ever, it does happen but only with inexperienced individuals). When I told Asfar he was in over his head he had a knee jerk reaction and panicked over how long things would take, he rushed me rudely. We were working on his system for over 2.5 hours and he was still looking for his password and asking me to try different passwords. When I explained the process of what happens when you do not have your password he freaked out. Afsar Ali data scientist from Uber destroyed an NVR and called us to help. There is a difference between a data scientist and a network engineer. Asfar Ali is not a network engineer and did not understand the different networks for a basic Comcast router, this puts us in a tough position when the person you are serving makes claims to which they have no background or experience.So we are here having to defend our small company from Asfar Ali from Uber a data scientist that cannot remember his password and will not pay us and gave us our first bad review after 11 years. This will be a learning experience that we must enforce rules to prevent abuse by Asfar Ali data scientist from Uber who forgot his password, and others like him, it is disappointing as we try to offer the best experience possible but you have cases where customers do lie to defend their actions.Afsar Ali Uber data scientist called us in October of 2023 it is now February of 2024. His partner Chris Waage (a one star on Google https://maps.app.goo.gl/rEzcFCPoaTP3bLva7) basically acted as the front end for this fraud. They have stiffed other vendors, check them out.The association for Marina Bay Northshore (the HOA name)1201 Melville sq, Richmond, CA 94804 has been without a surveillance system since October and the residents aren’t even aware.So we have to accept this one star review and provide a simple reply. I hope you will consider our business even after this one star review. We live and learn.
