This Sandro san Jose store is really bad. Lowest customer service quality in whole valley fair mall. Never go there to buy clothes because they will try everything they can to refuse return after you purchase. There is a hefty famale associate who is really rude, lazy and helpless, she was playing her phone and laugh all the time when I was shopping there, very rude. Just don't understand why Sandro hire person who watching phone and laugh all the time as customer service.

Be aware of the return policy. Besides a short return period(14 days only), they only return you store credits that can only be used only in this store and they expire after a year. Can you believe it? Arent those credits my own money? Never heard of anything like prepaid credits can expire. Plus the credits cant be used online. I wanted to buy another coat but they didnt have my size at the store and they told me that they werent even able to use those credits to back order for me. I bought Sandro from Nordstrom before and I had no problem with return. In fact if you buy from Sandro website, you can also get full refund returned to your original payment method when you return. But if you buy from this store, you only get those credits that are almost useless. I asked why you didnt tell me all these when I made the purchase. Their answer was that if customers dont ask they wont tell. Wow you Sandro guys really got big brains!!! Id advice you stay away from this store. If you really like sth from Sandro, order online or from other department stores. I dont think I would walk into this store or buy from Sandro anymore. So overrated.
