        No access to the bathroom! This store had a bathroom before covid, on 2d floor in kids section. It was super helpful, especially when you are pregnant or doing huge shopping with small kids. I am very disappointed, why bathroom is closed now?!

        Honest opinion no matter how much I like this store. I hate when customer service is rude to their customers. Honest opinion about this location specifically if you really need to go to H&M find a better location where you will be treated as normal and not like a bag with money. We asked to use the restroom as it was an urge and the manager of the store have been completely rude about it and sent away. The rest of the sales associates are not even better if you ask for help they simply reply should be there and point with a finger towards multiple shelves or hangers. If I could I would give them 0 stars. Even worse, I called corporate to file a complaint and have received no response for 2 weeks.
