I would give a zero rating if I could. I had recommendations from 2 past patients so I thought I would try them.
Here is why I would rate them 0:
- 5 calls in one week to try and setup an appointment
- Call 1: gave my information and they promised to have hand therapist call me next day when in office.
- Call 2: never heard from hand therapist and called again. they had lost my information. the person taking my information could not remember my name or my insurance from the beginning of the call to the end.
- Call 3: left message, never returned.
- Call 4: they asked for doctors referral (at least they hadn't lost my information this time). I was driving and told them to text me where to send the referral. they never texted me.
- Call 5: left message requesting where to send doctor's referral. Call never returned.
I am usually not a harsh person but when I have to call every day for a week to try and make an appointment for an evaluation and they are this bad at collecting my personal information, my recommendation to you is to stay away!
