Possibly the worst experience Ive ever had with a cpa. Its now may and our taxes are still not done. She doesnt respond to e-mails phone calls or text took a $2500 retainer and have not had decency to respond to our requests. Stay away.

This review is long overdue, but I had to say something about this firm. Customers beware.  I don't know what her credentials are, but her customer service is horrible. It started out great because she got back to me immediately.  She assured me I had nothing to worry about because I had over a month before the deadline.  I gave her all my information and was waiting to hear back from her.  I was very patient, knowing how stressful it was for her during tax season. I gave a week, then 2 weeks, then 3 weeks passed. Simultaneously, I left at least 2-3 voicemails a week.  Every time I got through, her assistant would tell me that she'll call back. NOTHING. Finally, April 18th came and her assistant told me that they would file an extension and Mrs. Chaing would have my tax return completed by this weekend. ...Another big fat NO. I'm not familiar with tax laws so I assumed that because she filed the extension that I had to stay with her.  I was still chasing her two months later. She kept making false promises and avoiding my calls.  I finally gave her an ultimatum, either she get back to me or I'm call someone else.  Of course that got her attention.  However, she responded by text saying she was busy with a client's audit and wished me luck. Wtf, she should have told me that early on, instead of stringing me along.  Finally, I confide with a friend and their tax person helped me within a week. Hallelujah!!Wish I could give her a zero.. she is VERY unprofessional and unorganized.  She stressed the heck out of me and I didn't deserve that.

I was with a CPA for over 20 years and then he retired.  I went with Ann and we agreed on a set price of $2K.  I kept calling repeatedly to get the taxes filed for 2015.  I knew we would be on extension.  She did not even file in the extension time!  So I got hit with late fees of over $1900 for federal alone.  Then her bill comes and it is for a ridiculous amount of hours and work and for over twice as much as what we agreed upon.  I went with a different CPA this year and the cost is less than half of what we agreed upon with Ann in 2015. My advice is to use someone else!

Unprofessional and untrustworthy CPA.
I contacted Ann Chiang for a tax projection. I provided her with all the supporting documents in September. We agreed that she would provide me with the projection on Nov. 1. One week before the due date, I sent her an email to remind her of the service I'd hired her for. Her reply email said it was on her ''to do" list and it'd be ready the following week which would meet the dead line.
It is over a month after the deadline and I haven't heard from her. Not the projection, not even an email or a phone call to let me know she'd be late. In my opinion, this person is terribly unprofessional, unreliable. She is not trustworthy. I will never even think about hiring her again.
