Im extremely disappointed with the manager at this location. My son was scammed by one of their workers who sold him an iPhone 11 at an exorbitant price, almost 500 dollars. Five days later, when he attempted to return it within the two-week guarantee, Joseph, the manager, refused the return. Were considering filing a claim for this transaction, but it wouldnt be necessary if the staff were more professional. We also reported this store to Metro, and they say they would find out and contact us back soon. I strongly advise not to purchase from this store, as it is not directly affiliated with Metro, and they cant offer any good deals.
