I've been at this location for 10+ years love the location near schools. Apartment are big and spacious I have a balcony and enjoy being able to go outside by back door Managemnet is nice and easy to get along with maintance crew works hard to keep the apartments. complex in good condition location has a pool which we love during the summertime

Hi I am from the colonial way appartments at 3033 colonial way. I saw somebody wrote about the motorcycle incident and to my knowledge every tenant has a written agreement in terms of our amount of parking spaces, on top of that the manager was kind enough to make space for the motorcycles to be parked outside. I hope this means well to the original reviewer on the moterbike incident.

3051 - 3033 - A lot of these reviews are most likely made by the manager in a 3rd person perspective false complementing herself to help better her image as she talks to people in very rude manner. You honestly cant talk to her without her throwing attitude and sounding very annoyed towards you. the building owner needs to hire a more mature professional manager. no tenants deserves this kind of service when paying monthly rent. tenants pay for housing , not to get an attitude by some adult child of a manager. also I can vouch for the fact that the neighbors are actually very nice and respectful to everybody.

Colonial way is the best apartment complex I have ever lived at. And its not because of the spaciousness, the beautiful view, or the AMAZING balcony. It's because of the property manager. The property manager is a beautiful mother of three children who is the most caring woman I have ever met. She is the sweetest woman in the world. I love her so much that I often just write her name on my check when I pay my rent. I even tip her often (GENEROUSLY.) She is WONDERFUL with children and is extremely respectful of tenant privacy. Colonial way is in a nice, quiet, and scenic neighborhood. It has very good parking and the property is always very clean. One time, I left my oven on accident while i went to the grocery store. When I came back home, I found the apartment manager standing outside my unit holding my dog and my baby child. She was charred and beaten, but not a scratch was left on my child/dog. When I asked her "why did you do this? for a tenant you dont even know?" she replied "its all in a days work when you're the best property manager ever. Thank you so much for living here." she then PAID FOR MY RENT for the next two months while i worked to replace all my burnt belongings. I WILL NEVER MOVE OUT OF COLONIAL WAY. I WOULD RATHER DIE THAN STOP LIVING HERE AND ABANDONING THE PROPERTY MANAGER
