I had to add an extra day when I picked up my rental car from the San Jose Airport location, which more than doubled the cost. This didnt seem right, but it wasnt able to be resolved at the counter, and wasnt resolved when I called customer service. When I dropped the car off, Eddie Howard asked me about my experience. He could tell that something didnt go well and asked additional questions. When I explained the situation, Eddie took the time to look into it and help me resolve it. I am so grateful for his help as it saved me from paying a lot of unexpected additional money. Eddie was friendly and helpful, and even went above and beyond the usual good customer service Ive experienced renting through Alamo.

I rented a midsize SUV for 4 days. The car is very new ~3.2K miles only. Staff is friendly. Both paper work and car pick up took me ~20min. Retuning the car was also quick and easy. I like the team, very professional. I'm very happy with Alamo rental car service.

Easy check out using accelerated online check in. Nice clean car.
Easy drop off with pleasant staff. Excellent price via Costco.
