Cars On Demand

We purchased a vehicle back in November 2023 with my daughter's saving and these scammers withheld the DMV registration process. So to-date, we haven't received the vehicle registration or plates. I sure they planned to do this all along. They avoid you and won't return your calls. And to make matters worse, DMV sent us a letter saying that this "Cars on Demand" in San Jose has done this to other customers before. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS..!!!

Definitely a great place to get a vehicle. Not only do these guys get you in your dream car they are funny, care about what it is your looking for and they make sure you get what you want. Great customer care and awesome individuals. Cars on Demand is the place to go if your looking for a dream car with not so good credit.

PLEASE see PICTURE BELOW & READ. I had signed that I would not say anything hurtful. 5 STARS- For their persistence in trying to get me to leave the lot with their car. I was treated SOOO NICELY by being attended by 4 people (Finace person who was only their Thursdays, boss, a lady with glasses and short stature, and a lady with a pony tail). And things got interesting when I was told indirectly that I could not back out of the contract. So then I got mini lecture on my credit, which is bad. And continued to try to find options for me to still get the car, despite telling all these people that I no longer wanted to get the car. I was informed by a family member with a background in law, that you CAN BACK OUT OF A CONTRACT AS LONG AS YOU DO NOT LEAVE THE CAR LOT WITH THE "PURCHASED" CAR. AND TO REQUEST A REFUND WITH A SPECIFIC AMOUNT OF TIME. BY LAW, THEY ARE OBLIGATED TO OBLIGE. AND IF THEY REFUSE YOU CAN SEND A LETTER VIA CERTIFIED MAIL TO PAY THE REFUND, INTEREST, AND ANY LEGAL FEES ASSOCIATED TO THIS. I GOT MY REFUND. A family member with experience in rights informed me that YOU CAN Cancel A CONTRACT AS LONG AS YOU DO NOT LEAVE THE LOT WITH THE "PURCHASED" CAR. AND REQUEST A REFUND WITH A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TIME. BY LAW THEY ARE OBLIGED TO COMPLY. AND IF THEY REFUSE YOU CAN SEND A LETTER BY CERTIFIED MAIL TO PAY THE REFUND, INTEREST AND ANY LEGAL CHARGES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS. I RECEIVED MY REFUND. Thank you.
