Wasted precious time yesterday & multiple times before because when I was discussing the "Entertainment" live-streaming package that your first rep (over a year ago when I first thought of leaving Hulu & was comparing services) neglected to inform me that there's only "20hrs of DVE programming allowed DAILY, after which time....at the end of the day...ALL RECORDINGS ARE DELETED!" This makes NO sense to me, because if a person has to record something it's cuz they can't watch sane day! The Rep I was with did not go over all the features of the package with me so it was right before I :signed on the dotted line" to switch service, that I asked the question about the DVR is she said all this to me. She then said for unlimited DVR you have to spend $10 more per month! That did it! That was the nail in the coffin that just ended the call right that are there. What a waste of time all these calls for over a year trying to consider that you guys were my way out of being trapped by Hulu. Very disappointed that you can't be more competitive! I was a returning customer, but now I'm not
