I bought 2 vanities from Thom Mercurio, the owner of Kitchen & Bath Design Center, and the manufacturer of those vanities changed their manufacturing process, but didn't change their advertising. Thom went out of his way to get me a refund for the entire amount. Thom has been in the industry for years, extremely knowledgeable and beyond reproach as far as honesty. Design your next project with Thom and know you'll be in good hands.

Phenomenal business - excellent products and GREAT service. HUGE THANK YOU to Gianna who was tirelessly patient with me as a first time home renovator and who knew nothing about what I was doing. She was patient and so kind. She helped me select, order and pick out everything for my two bathrooms and kitchen. She was helpful and communicative about when I could expect my items to be ready for pickup and when we hit a snag on one (of the many) bathroom items I ordered, her and Tom jumped through hoops to accommodate me and fix the problem. While I hope to never have to renovate anything ever again, if renovations ever are in my future again, I would definitely come back here. lol I cannot recommend these guys enough! Great family run business by people who care about their customers and deliver excellent products. Thank you!

This place and its staff are wonderful. I can't sing enough praise for them! Brooke helped me with selecting and ordering some items for our home remodel when another location failed to provide great customer support; that was not the case here! Luckily, I work next door to Kitchen & Bath, and their team made the whole pickup process so smooth and stress-free (important when enduring a home remodel with a toddler and full-time job!). Would highly recommend and will be back for more! :-) ~ Christine
