      image HAIR PRODUCTS FOR PROFESSIONAL BEAUTICIANS. PRODUCTS ARE ALL BRANDS FOR PROFESSIONAL STYLISTS AND ONLY SOLD TO LICENSED PROFESSIONALS. SERVICE WAS FRIENDLY AND PROMPT WHEN MY TURN CAME SINCE THEY ARE USUALLY BUSY AND ONLY HAVE TWO REGISTERS AND TWO SALES PEOPLE. SOMETIMES IT'S PRETTY BUSY BUT DON'T HAVE THE EXTRA HELP NEEDED. I STILL SHOP THEIR FOR THE PRODUCTS MY CLIENTS LIKE.

      image Horrible customer service. The person working there told me she is calling the cops because I was trying to get the product I ordered, the card was charged and the product wasnt a part of the order. If they dont like their job, they shouldnt be working there. Careless service in Bay Area, no wonder!
