After researching on Yelp, reading Yelp reviews and looking though their website I decided to give them a call to get a quote on our kitchen remodeling project. Stephen answered the phone right away and gave me the info necessary get a quote. The quote seemed reasonable and since I was highly motivated I decided to go with them without calling around. The project was a success from start to finish. I appreciated the customer service and communication from start to finish. Jenny, the protect manager, is excellent at what she does. She also provided honest recommendations and advice when asked. What I also liked is they are a family business and everything was done within their company without dealing with subcontractors.Since I was pleased what how everything went with the kitchen remodel, I used their service for a complete bathroom remodel a few months later. When I am ready for the next bathroom project, I plan to call them again.

We haven't decided on which contractor to go with but I definitely want to give AE 5 stars for customer service in the quote process.  After trying to get quotes from companies that either ghosted us, refused to itemize projects, or had pushy sales tactics, AE was a breath of fresh air.  They are very straight forward with their pricing, responsive, happy to answer any questions you have, and non pushy.

AE transformed our large 1980s kitchen into a thing of beauty. From the very start, the team were incredibly professional and detail-oriented in explaining the process and walking me through the steps that needed to happen before our project began. The Project Manager was so attentive to every detail throughout the remodel - she treated our kitchen very well and respected my house.The team took time every day to thoroughly pick up and clean the space. So I actually didn't even fear walking through it. I've been so impressed with the AE team, I've already booked them on my next big project: My Master Bath. I definitely recommend them. And I look forward to many more projects with AE in the future. Cheers
