        No point in ordering ahead on their site or an app, very frequently out of an item or bagel type, so then the order doesn't get made until you get there and catch someone to resolve that, and you have to be proactive. Always understaffed but friendly.

        Terrible service at 1pm on Friday. There was no other customer in the store yet with 4 workers around I still had to wait over 10 mins for my cold sandwich! Wasnt even heated. The sandwich on made on top of the bare counter not the paper wrapper. Person making my sandwich also decided to take out the trash while making my sandwich!! My first and last stop here.

        This place seems to always be understaffed and the employees are generally unfriendly. Standing in line for 20 minutes now- still haven't seen an order taken. Management, please do something different.
