      image Owner kept screaming at his employees. I heard a lot of loud concerning banging on my car for an hour. Got charged to do a test when the car failed visual inspection for the test. Why still run the test before telling me it failed visual??? Wanted ~3x the cost to do some work from what I was charged by a reputable business. Charged a large fixed amount for a sketchy 1 minute quick fix. Not a lot of options for brake and lamp inspection, but I would still avoid this place.

      I have to first ask, are you sure you have the correct shop? I have no record of ever having a Michael Cappy in my shop. The Brake and Lamp inspection includes a visual inspection of all brake and lamp components. The state requires we complete the inspection once we have started, regardless of any failures found.
