TT Glass and Windows

This was the only company out of three who wanted me to take photos and send measurements for a new storefront door. The other companies sent someone out to do so (thought this was kinda unusual). It was no big deal, so I sent them all the required information for the bid. Called them three different times over the next 10 days trying to get pricing and availability without any luck- seemed like they were clueless.. My last call to them, they said they'd call me back. We'll, they never did so I gave up and went with another company. I guess they were too busy for me. I manage several commercial properties with lots of projects in the pipeline and I will never use these guys moving forward, nor will I ever recommend them. Their loss.

I found myself in a bind on a Saturday when one of my bedroom windows broke! I called TT and they were so attentive and made sure my issue was fixed that day. They had by far the best prices around. I couldn't believe the other places! Nothing like taking advantage of someone that needed to get this done the same day!TT has excellent customer service and with a smile  I highly recommend them! As a matter a fact I now Will getting all my windows done by them now!Thanks TT you came to the rescue!!!

Great customer service very good products and if your looking for a company thats going to be around when you need them these guys do have a actual business location unlike others. Highly recommend this company for all your glass and shower door needs
