Living here has been a truly positive experience, thanks to their exceptional service and commitment to resident satisfaction.I am particularly impressed with their proactive approach to maintaining the property. The common areas are always clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all residents. Their communication skills are commendable, keeping us informed about any updates, events, or changes within the community. From day one Flomina & Amy have gone above and beyond to ensure a seamless and enjoyable living environment. Their dedication to addressing any concerns promptly and efficiently is impressive.

Avoid if possible! Definitely a poor apartment that doesnt respect you once you move out. They cut you a crazy large bill so that they could nullify your deposit and rob more from you. Moving out experience was just the worst, given I have lived in more than 5 apartments before. This one is the worst. Once you moved out, the 121 management didnt talk to you anymore. A receivable department from Greystar would appear and try to rob money from you. Dont expect anything good from this receivable department. I feel sad and sorry about anyone who is working at this department. Im so regret to wasted so much time dealing with this company (Greystar).

Alright, after 4 years staying here. I have to give them 1 start rating. They treated loyal renters like me rudely. I will update with more details when I move out.Updates: When you leave, you might also want to give one star. Look at what people whove left say, not just the current ratings. Moving out was a really bad experience. They didnt check the apartment properly, but they still charged me a lot, more than my deposit could cover. When I tried to talk to them about it, they didnt want to listen. A department called Receivables at Greystar is supposed to handle these things, but they never got back to me. If I questioned the bill or thought they charged too much, they just ignored me. Trying to talk to the management, like the 121 manager, was useless. They were ok before, but after I moved out, they were really rude. It seemed like they were more worried about keeping their jobs than helping me. In the end, they sent the money I supposedly owed to a debt collector, and I couldnt talk to the receivables department anymore. Overall, it was a nightmare. Good luck to Greystar and 121 Tasman it seems like you make your money by taking it unfairly from people who leave.

Moving out was a nightmare. They forced you out for increasing the rent, charging you unreasonably at the move out. Can't contact and just forward you to other department for debt. What a crazy bad experience since moved out.
