I am super happy with my decision to live at the Lex. The close proximity to retail shops and the freeways is optimal. The apartments have modern appliances and washer/dryer in unit. (which makes life easier). The park across the street is my dogs favorite place to make new canine friends. All that being said..Im super happy with my decision to live at the Lex!!!

Irving to the RESCUE! I do not normally do reviews but I had to do one for Irving, the maintenance guy, who has saved me at least 3 times already. When we first moved in our dishwater was not operating properly, this was my first encounter with Irving. He came out in a timely fashion and test drove the dishwasher to make sure it was operating correctly. Ultimately, there was an issue with the dishwater but within half hour he replaced it and I was very happy. My second encounter I ran into him in my hallway and asked if he could fix the ice maker as the spring had falling out of place. Not only did he take the time to fix it but he educated me on how to fix it. I am normally good at fixing small issues likes this but this freezer is a little finicky. Lastly, a power outlet went off in our kitchen. I asked for immediate service in the app and within 15 minutes Irving showed up and restored the power. I am impressed with Irving because not only is he prompt and efficient but he always has a smile on his face. If I had my own company I would hire this guy in a heartbeat. He literally is the people's champ. Thank you so much for your hard and efficient work Irving. Can't wait to call you when something else goes wrong. :)

(Zero Stars) Beware of Lex Apts because they will raise the rent sky high on your renewal!! I understand raising the rent $50 dollars or so but they are raising it by HUNDREDS of dollars!! If you are going to pay a lot of money go somewhere else where your packages and cars will be safe!!
(Five stars ) Best thing about Lex Apts is the maintenance department especially Irving Pimienta. He is fantastic and goes above and beyond to help.

I had a very bad rental experience here with Lexington. I live here for 2 years. The appointment had gunshots earlier 2022. I Lost items from Amazon shopping, management doesnt do their jobs. Charge extras fee for end of lease with no reason. Car windows broken in car parks are happening every month.
