Almaden Apartments

This is my thirteenth year as a tenant, and not once have I felt unsafe or unhappy living here. The location is walking distances from downtown, and the restaurant across the street sells good burritos. Throughout the years, there have been some changes with the staff, but overall, that hasnt affected the way they treat their tenants. I'll end with this; I've had the privilege of meeting different staff members, all nice. But if I had to pick one based on performance, it would have to be Ty. This guy makes living here that much better. He always shows up, smiling, has something positive to say, and he makes sure your questions are answered before he leaves. In my opinion, you can see that he cares about the tenants and means it. We're not family, yet he treats you like his brother. Ty, if you're reading this, thank you for everything you do. It hasn't gone unnoticed. Many people appreciate you uncluding me.

Management is horrible, so for any future residents "Beware" you've been Worn about this place, save yourself from headaches. The place is filthy filled with cockroaches. Maintenance is MIA. Management will charge for any repairs. Crime is at an all time high. WinnCo the management company sends the worst management teams to represent them, and they use intimidation tactics, and they will use their lawyers to evict any resident at a moment notice.

SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE UNSAFE AND DANGEROUS My friend lives here. It's disgusting, roaches crawl out of the pipes, the vents, even the wall outlets. She sleeps with the light on just to stop them from crawling on her. It's a building issue not sanitary within the unit. Even when they "treat" it the roaches come right back
