101 San Fernando Apartments

I recently moved here to 101 San Fernando Apartments and I absolutely love the apartment. Stephen from the management team was super nice and helpful and my move in was easy and great. My 1 bedroom apartment is super spacious and view from the balcony is great. I would definitely recommend this apartment. Keep up the good work Essex team! Cheers.

Racist management & untrained staff, unequal rights for tenants & twice a year break in your car while management will responsible for their office only. Dirty elevators even the floor & hall ways will vacuumed once a 2 months & management will never available when needed.

My car was toed from my designated parking from instruction of property management for having an older registration sticker(2022 instead of 2023) and I was not informed. It stayed in the toe company storage for many days and I was billed for those days for no reason. The property management people reported the sticker issue without ever checking with me. I found my car missing to my horror and called 911 for car theft who informed me of the toeing. This is pure harrassment from the property management.

101 E. San Fernando St., San Jose, CA. The staff are exceptional. Living here for over 2 years; I have always received fast, courteous service. Katelynn and Jay are great, as are all the staff I have met. ( I do not have all staff names, but I have never been disappointed when I need staff help. Brian?) Location in central San Jose has advantages. University, light rail, and major bus lines are all within short walking blocks
