If you want to get mentally tortured stay here! We broke our lease and gave a penalty just to get out of here! We stayed only 2 months! I want to mention two people DIANA and the female onsite MANAGER. Absolutely rude and disrespectful! These two people made me have a mental breakdown while I was 9 months pregnant and on the day I delivered my baby! Now I have PTSD from this! whenever someone mentions this apartment or I see my baby pictures when she was born I can't get happy. It makes my chest heavy and I struggle to breathe. Yes, the experience is that bad. I will never be able to drive on Tully Road again! It brings back all those haunted nights with crazy neighbors and the employees! Tenants are inconsiderate, physically fighting, smoking, yelling, noise there is nothing I can exclude, Just disgusting people live here. The management will act dumb and stupid or maybe they are, just to get some extra bucks from your pocket. We have faced such difficulties. You won't be able to have a decent conversation with the employee if you are a new tenant. They are arrogant and will treat you as if you are living rent-free. If you don't care about anything and just need a place to sleep then go ahead but if you value your mental health do not sign a lease here!! DISGUSTING place and people! The moral of the story tenants who have been living long time and leasing office employees none of them are not respectful, civilized, and considerate

Honestly the staff is not profesional at all. Theyre rude. They are not their to help you and it's their jobs. IVE HAD A FEW ENCOUNTERS WITH THE MANAGER TIRZA Gonzales and she's just straight up awful. No ppl skills. She's always mad like if she hates her job. She doesn't listen at all and I've called several times to get some issues resolved and she's just no help at all. I've tried to get someone higher up than her to make a complain and she doesn't want to give me any number or email for that. VALLEY WEST DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS MANAGER. TIRZA GONZALES PLEASE

Been here for couple months and Im thinking to move out as soon my lease end, the place is not too bad, but people downgrade this place badly, its is affordable so you can expect that when instead paying $2600 for 1 bed, you paid $2000 , but dont blame management when people even throw garbage bag from there patios , is just the people!

Absolute trash Management , they harass your guest . They wont let you have furniture on your patio . Wont let your guest stay for more than a week . The water is absolutely disgusting and maintenance takes forever to fix an issue . Theyll suddenly close the gym & amenities . The management here makes it impossible to live calm . Took 2 guest to the pool once and I ran upstairs to grab some waters and they came into the pool to tell them to get out . I came 1 minute after . Its so annoying that I cant leave for one second . Management is absolutely RUDE & INCONSIDERATE . Super racist too . They wouldnt fix my neighbors sink because she didnt speak English . The apartments are cute & spacious but for the price we are paying they are too uncomfortable
