Cannery Park Apartments by Windsor

Here is a list of issues Ive had over the years Ive lived here. Thefts from people who lived on the first floor. Management was aware and it took the better part of a year to get them evicted. Constant water outages on the north side of the building. One time the place flooded and they have no organized way of notifying you, just a mass email. Hallways are dirty, gym is small dirty and has old equipment. Someone breaking the exit doors and management being aware and unable to do anything. They fixed them fairly fast this last time. Elevators being destroyed by supposedly tenants and being out of service for months at a time. Garage door broken for six months in the parking garage. And now they will no longer receive packages in a building with a history of theft. Also rent being raised and a steady decline in quality of apartments. The apartments across the street are similar in price and so much nicer!

Loved living here for a year now. The staff at leasing office is always super friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Brenda for helping me track down a missing package.

Response Updated: EASIER ACCESS?! FOR WHO? PACKAGE THIEVES?! How are you going to ensure the safety of my package to arrive at my door and not get it taken? Please Windsor! Use ButterflyMX First Review: Office wont take in your packages anymore. Youre on your own. You can only hope your deliverer knows exactly how to enter the double-locked package room. There are no signs to help them get inside either. Cannery Park by Windsor could get a ButterflyMX gate system for at least the front lobby, but they havent. Will change this rating if they do.
