As a first time customer (but long time admirer) of Cuyana, I didn't know what to expect when calling customer service. I was fortunate enough to connect with a total sweetheart named Jackie- she is an absolute rockstar and offered the most SENSATIONAL service experience, bar none. Her warm demeanor immediately put me at ease, and her kind, bubbly spirit shined right through the phone. Despite my long list of questions, she was beyond patient and demonstrated an exceptional knowledge of her product line. I appreciated that expertise and honest feedback, especially since I was purchasing sight unseen. I now feel totally confident placing my order because I am fully informed and have landed on the best tote/insert combo for me.
