I called them for a very easy service, the guy on the phone was super rude and refused service to me. The way he talked was very suspicious too.

Darryl did a great job of installing our blinds! He helped us make the right choice and the blinds fit perfectly. And besides that he's also upbeat and fun. Highly recommended.

We worked with Blind Ambition since 9-10 years ago when we upgraded all our blinds in the 2-bedrooms condo. They were by far the best! Not only the price but particularly the service. We have two pretty wide top down bottom up blinds that the one in the master tends to snap due to the SF wind. Blind Ambition has been super patient with us, they repaired it for free the first few times and then charged us just the installer's labor. I can't say if others will do the same but we are definitely happy to know they care! About a year ago, we just feel that we don't want to fight with this wind anymore, so we went to the shop for a solution. Of course, both Darryl and Mike are as friendly and as helpful as they were back then. We chose a good alternative design, very happy with the choice! Overall, we have a great experience with Blind Ambition and will recommend it to anybody who needs the help to upgrade their window coverings. It is really hard to beat their service and how much they care about you!

I have to say that Blind Ambition has given me the best customer service from anyone Ive used in recent memory. I recently had the pleasure of working with Darryl. I am so impressed with their service, from the initial consultation to the installation, they were professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. They always took the time to explain all of my options and answered all of my questions. They even went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied and always made sure to be available for any of my concerns, questions and service . I am so pleased with the quality of their work and their commitment to excellence. They have continually gone above normal customer service. I would recommend them to anyone.
