The spanish girl that I spoke to in collections was really great! She helped answer some questions for us regarding a claim issue that we have open. She was patient and clear with the explanations given both in Spanish and english which really helped us understand everything.

Trucksmarter has been great to factor my loads with until today 2/6/2024. We had a bill back issue and since my bank is not cooperating I just paid it. A CSR with trucksmarter by the name of Anna Lopez was very nasty while trying to find out what happened with a bank wire. She accused me of taking the money out of trucksmarter account (how)smh. I told her once she finds out what happened with the payment I would appreciate an apology. No apology was given and no accountability shown. I will think twice before using them again because of this particular rep.

I've been dealing with TruckSmarter factoring for couple months iam thoroughly pleased with the way they do their business I def recommend factoring with them special thanks to Toya had a mix up with wrong BOL she was all over it to make it right make sure I got paid thank u Toya
