Update: rather than reply directly Carol, the owner, waited 6 months for my father to come in to do his taxes and asked him to remove my review of her business on my behalf.  She requested that unpleasant reviews be removed because her son is taking over the business...hopefully her son can stand on is own.

The staff there are super clear, helpful and responsive. I had a question before tax time and they got right back to me. Robbin has been our go to person for years - she has been insightful and patient! I highly recommend them.

My family of 5 have been very pleased clients of the Tax Managers for over 10 years.  Robbin Frey is outstanding at her job, she is kind, attentive, detailed orientated, and does not made educating/explaining the tax process.  We were randomly selected for an audit once, and passed with flying colors thanks to the efficiency and professionalism of the Tax Manager.
