        Took 2+ weeks just for a tax pro to get assigned to me. Even after being connected the tax pro was very dodgy with my questions and not answering them fully requiring a lot of back and forth via their message board. No phone number was provided and they would not call me, so the process took exponentially longer than it should have and was infuriating.
