Post Street Surgery Center

They wanted 28,000 for the use of their surgical facility and a one night stay. This is not including the fee for the surgeon using the facility or the anesthesiologist. This is beyond insane.

Was originally told that my insurance authorization went through and that there would be no out-of-pocket expenses on my end; however, just three days before my surgical date they called me saying I had to pay a $3200 fee or else my surgery would be canceled. I was never explained what this cost was for. When asked for payment options/ financial help they referred me to a credit website with extremely high interest rates and told me that was my only option. Really bummer experience and would definitely do my research before having a surgery here.

Literally the most unprofessional people I've ever dealt with. They canceled my surgery less than a day before it was supposed to take place, thereby throwing one and a half to two years down the toilet. I did absolutely everything requested of me to get this surgery done and what was supposed to be like my one and only xmas gift just to basically be "fuck you" by them a few days before xmas. After all of this planning, post street surgery proved that they are absolutely not to be trusted. If you do put yourself in their hands, be prepared for a massive letdown. If justice be served, post street surgery will be put out of business and whoever canceled my surgery will burn in hell. May karma bite the hell out of these people's asses. DO NOT TRUST POST STREET SURGERY, THEY WILL LET YOU DOWN IN THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL WAY POSSIBLE!-Shayna Ghram-Kaiser

They gave me a non-finalized explanation of benefits and my procedure was going to cost significantly less than I had worried. The procedure went without a hitch and all staff were gracious to me, No word yet from my insurance when I finally pay.
