Presidio Surgery Center is a spectacular Surgery Center! The staff members are excellent, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and always willing and able to answer any questions you may have. I was very impressed with how spotless and well appointed all the rooms are. My scheduled procedure was on time!!.....not the case at other Surgery Centers in San Francisco.
Dr. Ignatius preformed my procedure and he is an excellent, skilled surgeon!
I highly recommend Presidio Surgery Center....it is the BEST in San Francisco!

Good day. Just wanted to say thank you to the nurse who put my IV in. I've never had it not bruise. I could hardly even see the mark where the needle when in. No bruising at all! That's a great job and great nurse. Thank you. Marcella Leaton Schlegel.

UPDATE: Their billing department said they would return calls in 24 hours... they did not! It's been a week since me and my insurance called and left a message- nothing from them yet. I also emailed the owner and they haven't replied yet either. Seems like they want to just keep my money. Don't believe the reply below, they don't actually want to connect with you and they want to just keep your money :)
Overbilled me by thousands of dollars and theyre super unhelpful in getting a refund. Their billing department doesnt even take any calls.

Professionalism at the highest degree among all the personnel whom I encountered during my 2.5 hour "stay" today for a steroid shot to my neck.  Dr. Mark Ignatius and every member of his team were "on it"; the space is efficient and immaculate.   The pre-visit workup by the nurses  streamlined the process.   Let's do it again?   Well, I hope not, but if a return visit is needed, this is where I will want to go.

This is the fourth time I have had surgery at the Presidio Surgery Center within the last 12 years. My overall experience has been outstanding each time. Three different doctors from a San Francisco UCSF practice have performed four different (separate) procedures on me using Presidio Surgery Center. On this last particular hip replacement procedure, each one of the Staff, Nurses, PAs and especially the Surgeon and Anesthesiologist were extremely courteous, caring, efficient and professional. Although I do not desire needing another surgery/procedure, IF a repair or replacement is necessary on a joint, ligaments, tendons or nerves on any of my arms, legs or extremities, Presidio Surgery Center would absolutely be the place I would want the procedure performed at! I have nothing less than 5 Stars to give them and their operation.
