Purchased a pair of Uggs for Christmas, for 163.99 plus shipping fees, got the product and was the wrong size. Called the company asking them about the return policy, was assured as long as the product was sent back in original box with tags I would get my full refund minus a 12$ shipping label fee. Took the product with the original box and tags to FedEx as foot print directed me to do so, gave them the box and label. I was refunded only 101$ this company stole 40% of my purchase from me! Said to me that FedEx attached the label to the box so its not considered damaged? And not able to be resold. The best part is I asked for my shoes to be returned to me then, and I would sell them on eBay and get my moneys worth vs a lousy 100$. They claim they were disposed of! So you stole 40% of my refund, and threw the out the brand new unworn product? For a small business this is a joke! I will never shop here again and I hope you dont either!!
