    Lugged a huge box with a dresser here to return and its closed! Says online and on the storefront it opens at 8AM but its 8:30AM and no one has opened the store yet.

    if I could give them a zero review, I would. I called them asking them something I had a problem with a Depop delivery and the person I was talking to. I didnt get her name but she was being very rude very passive aggressive. I said my name and she said it wrong honest mistake but she cut me off multiple times on the phone. I wasnt raising my voice I wasnt cursing, I was a very low and monotone voice. She was also doing something else while talking to me. It sounded like cabinets maybe she didnt even help me. She didnt go through a computer and wrote down my information or anything

    Do NOT get your packages delivered here. I tried to pick up a package within the time required (5 business days), only to be told they already sent the package back to seller/retailer. They will not hold your package for you for the legally required number of days. This is a franchise, and the owners are very rude. When I asked them why they sent it back, they told me to take it up with UPS corporate and that its not their problem. Update: I had to call the retailer and after they realized that this UPS store sent the item back early, they reimbursed me immediately and re-ordered me a replacement. Great experience with retailer, terrible experience with this UPS location.

    I came into this location as I saw a sign outside that said that they offered fingerprinting services. I have had the hardest time with this at other third party companies so I had to resort to ink and roll fingerprints. I went in, and the kind Indian gentleman was able to reassure me. He has never had fingerprints denied, and even took the time to first use the scan option to foresee if there would be issues with the ink and roll. He was very knowledgeable and had a great attitude. Well I got my results and passed with his help! I would definitely recommend this location because of that man that helped me that day.
