I've had consistently good experiences with shipping out packages and printing here. Special shoutout to the guy with long dark hair here, who was helpful and assisted me with packing an enormous chair for return once (and with getting the label printed as well).

I couldn't print out files directly today, so I had to use the email service. The price was ridiculously high - I paid $21 for 6 minutes and 24 pages to print from my email. I absolutely needed then and I had no choice on Sunday but I'll try to stay away from their predatory services. The employees are not helpful as well. Do not recommend!

I am not sure if this is a thing but I have never experienced such thing before where I would like to drop a package where I have a label ready on the box. The staff said I cant drop it at the store and I need to go to 1875 Marin Street because that is the only location that can handle the box with this black label on the box (see photo attached). The staff said it is considered dangerous product inside the box and the Marin street location is the only location that can handle this box. Are you kidding me? What if I change box or peel off that label off, will it still be considered dangerous product? And the Marin Street location is soooo far away. This is ridiculous. Is that the thing? Anyone can help me answer this please? I have no wonder why they earn only 2.8 star reviews for this location.
