        Alex is simply horrible. When I change numbers of copies to make twice, he simply said "my god". He just lets me wait, takes care of other people and keeps asking for a 10 rating for a survey. Although I live in Hilton, I will go farther to other Fedex Print for my second batch of printing. I felt very humiliated by him.

        They want to charge $10 extra fees for a prepaid express shipping package just because it is located inside of a hotel. Avoid doing business with this location.
