Roof repair CUSTOMERS BEWARE:
I'm so sad to have to leave this review. We had such high hopes when our beloved realtor referred us to Tony Pham at High Quality Roofing. We recently had a concerning water leak through a hallway ceiling vent in our Victorian flat. We'd had a heck of a time finding leak specialists and roofers willing to take on a small job, and service a 1900 building with a steep roof... we'd unsuccessfully called 6 firms. Tony to the rescue, or so we thought.
After a bit of a response delay, Tony finally made it over for a diagnosis. We were completely blown away when he immediately grabbed our tall ladder and climbed onto our steep roof to take a look. He shot a video to show us a closeup of the gutters that were completely clogged, she the likely oath of water seeping in. He said he could come back and fix it, and that he'd email an estimate.
THEN: complete GHOSTING. We called, emailed and texted multiple times, getting short noncommittal responses every few tries ("sorry I've been busy" or "next week please). Then he just completely ignored us. Especially odd knowing that a large realtor in SF is giving this guy referrals. Will definitely let them know to find another roofer to recommend to their clients, unless they want a very frustrating experience. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH TONY PHAM
