I wholeheartedly recommend Lance to anyone looking to buy a new home. As a first time home buyer, who was relatively new to the San Francisco market, I had plenty of questions. Lance patiently walked through every step of the process with me, explaining everything. He even attended my closing to help me review the documents I was signing. The process in San Francisco moves fast and having a responsive agent makes all the difference. Lance was available at all hours of the day to answer questions, communicate with other agents or the bank. No detail was overlooked. Not only is he knowledgeable about neighborhoods, but he can also help with finding mortgage lenders, insurance agents, etc. He comes prepared with a team of people ready to assist you. Even now, a couple months after my closing, Lance has been my go to guy for questions on handymen, home repairs, etc. He even came over to take a look at my electrical system when I wasnt sure if I needed to call a professional. His level of service, thoughtfulness and attention to detail is top notch. Furthermore, hes a genuinely nice guy and a pleasure to work with. Should I be lucky enough to buy another property in San Francisco, I will certainly partner with Lance.

Lance and his team are absolutely top-notch. He understands the market, knows how to attract buyers, he knows the convoluted San Francisco real estate scene, and, above all, makes things happen. We had a fantastic buying experience with Lance who patiently stayed the course with us as we dealt with a very competitive market over the last few months. From the outset, Lance indicated that he wouldn't try to force anything and he'd be happy to work with us as long as it took. He stayed true to his word and we never felt pressured to make a decision throughout the entire process. Over the last few months he was extremely responsive and bent over backwards to schedule appointments for us. At every house we viewed, Lance had a sharp eye for detail and immediately pointed out concerning areas common with older homes in the Marin area. At each of the homes that we were excited about, Lance then went through the disclosure packets with us to explain what each item meant and the potential implications for us. There were numerous homes that he kindly encouraged us to reconsider pursuing given the potential defects and possibly money pit situation. Overall, I was most impressed by his approach to find the best home for us in our stage of life and continually remind us that we'll find the right home with time; and not to make a rash decision in our eagerness to own. We finally found our home that we had to have, and Lance worked with us to come up with the best strategy to pursue. He was thoughtful in the approach and got on the phone with us before bringing the offer to the seller and we were under contract within a few hours! After the offer was accepted Lance continued to help us through the various steps and what to expect to get to the finish line. He coordinated multiple visits to our house (pre closing) and even got the sellers to give us a walk through which was helpful to understand some of the unique features of the home. Overall, I give Lance a 10/10 on the whole process. He's never pushy and I appreciate his frankness in telling you what you should know rather than what you might want to hear. He's helped my understanding tremendously and I felt like I knew exactly what I should expect going into owning our first home. Highly recommend using King Realty in SF, Marin or surrounding areas.
