Philip was an amazing partner for our home search. He was patient, warm, persistent, and really listened to us. He was constantly talking to us about what we liked and didn't, to help him refine what listings we saw. He was a much needed source of calm and competence during the closing process, even when we were thousands of miles and many time zones away. He made a daunting process predictable and pleasant. You couldn't ask for a better realtor to find your next home. 5 stars.

Loved working with Philip on our home purchase. It was so amazing that everytime we'd discuss a property or do a house tour, he would make it a point to incorporate our taste/preference in the next house we see. We were able to quickly shortlist and finalize the home that we wanted. Throughout the experience, we felt that Philip had our best interest in mind, we never felt rushed and he guided us as a friend and mentor :)

Philip was great to work with. I got connected with him through Zillow and he was quickly able to build rapport through his knowledge of the sf housing market. Additionally, he was very communicative which enabled us to close on a deal fast. Highly recommend Philip to anyone looking to buy a house in San Francisco.
