Jamie is great top realtor in San Francisco. She helped me buy my first TIC property and was able to expertly guide me through the whole process which was great because I was a first time home buyer. Her advice was always spot on, and her San Francisco housing market knowledge was a huge asset. I went through a tough loan process and Jamie was super helpful in navigating that. I highly recommend Jamie and would use her again for my next home purchase in San Francisco.

Jamie is an excellent Real Estate Agent and we highly recommend her. We used her to sell our condo in San Francisco which she sold in less than a week. There were many issues with the buyer's lender that she handled promptly and professionally. Her communication skills are excellent and she kept us in the loop the entire time. I think the deal would have fallen apart with any other Agent, but she put in the extra effort and creative thinking required to ensure that the deal closed and we got what we wanted. We would definitely use her services again and cannot recommend her highly enough.

I have worked with Jamie Comer both personally and professionally for more than a decade. She has been one of the top real estate agents in San Francisco for many years. I happen to be a top-producing loan officer in San Francisco, and Jamie and I have teamed up to help more than 50 families to purchase homes in the Bay Area since 2010. After working with Jamie 5 years ago to buy my home in the Maxwell Park area of Oakland, the time had come to move to a new home for a new stage of life. I immediately thought of no one else except Jamie to help me sell my home. This was my 4th real estate transaction with Jamie. She once again came across the Bay to assist me in every aspect of selling my home. She was able to connect with her wide network of home professionals to get my house ready for sale. Within 10 days we were able to get the interior of the house painted, the exterior power washed, and the home staged and ready to go on the market. Using her in-depth knowledge of the housing market and her marketing savvy, Jamie coached me to set a selling price that would peak interest and attract as many buyers as possible. Jamie held two, very popular, open houses where she was able to engage with the potential buyers and manage their expectations for the Oakland housing market. Her strategy paid off and we had over 30 sets of potential buyers view the home. Through her hard work in presenting the home in its best light and the ability to engage with potential buyers, we received 9 offers on the home - all over the original list price. The offer we finally accepted greatly exceeded my expectations and was close to 30% over the list price. Once the offer was accepted, Jamie continued to guide and support me through the escrow and closing process. The transaction was able to close in 10 days with no significant issues. Oh, and did I mention that Jamie has the best upbeat and positive attitude in everything she does and always has a smile on her face. I have worked with Jamie Comer twice in purchasing a home in the Bay Area. The first purchase was a condo in a new building in the SF Mission district in 2010. She made the whole process so painless and smooth, and really guided us through it with her SF real estate market expertise and experience, shes a top realtor in San Francisco. She told us about that property, and negotiated a great deal which really benefitted us. After many years, and much personal life change, my partner and I were ready to purchase a home in Oakland, after renting and moving for many years. I knew that Jamie would be the one to make this happen for us! We talked on the phone about our home goals and timing, and she immediately connected me with a mortgage consultant (Tom Parke - whom I also highly recommend!). The process was underway, and we began looking at homes. Jamie's associate, Courtney, is amazing! She is knowledgeable, sweet, and more importantly, patient. As new home buyers, we didn't know what was realistic, but Jamie and Courtney really guided us and we quickly learned. When we finally found the one, we knew would make us happy, Jamie was on it. There were a few counteroffers, and lots of back and forth, Jamie always had our best interest, was a great negotiator. Thanks to her great negotiating skills, she got us our home, in our budget, and the entire process was very smooth. I can't recommend Jamie enough, for her professionalism, expertise, kindness, and overall, just being a great human being. I'm hoping we won't be moving any time soon, but when we do, I know who to call.
