Jen helped me on both ends of a recent sale. I was moving to a new home in Westwood Park, and had to sell my home in Eureka Valley quickly. It was a complex transaction, and Jen was very professional. On the sell-side, she did all the arrangement for prep work (new kitchen cabinets and counters, paint, landscaping, repair work that the inspections found). It was all managed under extremely demanding time constraints, and I had to do almost literally nothing. She managed the sale, and got my home sold with multiple offers. The close was fast, and clean. On the buy-side, she helped me focus down on the specific neighbourhood I wanted to live in, found a home that was perfect for my changing living conditions, and negotiated a good price in a tough seller's market. Again, the buy was seamless and easy, from finding financing to the escrow company. A true pro who was willing to go more than the extra mile.

We met Jen at an open house and immediately fell in love with her energy and enthusiasm for real estate. We were always too scared to look into buying a house but Jen made the process easier to understand and held our hands throughout the whole process. I thought the process would be overwhelmingly stressful, but Jen was always proactive and reliable making it easier for us and relaxed our nerves. We are now moved into our first home together and couldn't have done it without Jen!
