I had an extremely positive experience buying this house. Lance and Jeff have an in-depth knowledge of the San Francisco real estate market, and they were always helpful and precise in their answer. They were willing to go the extra mile throughout the process, and I found their advice in terms of renovations very valuable. The overall experience was not stressful at all, which is how most people had told me it was going to be. I strongly recommend them.

Lance has a great knowledge of San Francisco. As a first time home-buyer, Lance was there every step and included on every correspondence related to the new home purchase. He wanted to be a part of the entire process which was reassuring. Lance assisted in reading through much of the paperwork and breaking it down the key points to me over conference calls and via email. He would point out areas of concern when we visited homes and even with the decided purchase he made sure we were aware of what I was signing up for.
He was available when we needed him and when he wasn't due to his family commitments (gotta respect that), he made sure someone he trusted was there to help me.

I cannot recommend Lance highly enough as a broker. Lance had been helping us look for a home for over 9 months. He never put any pressure on us to buy; in fact it was quite the opposite. When touring a home with Lance, he would point out every possible issue or concern to make sure we were aware of them. He even saved us from buying a home that we thought was perfect, as he noticed the garage entrance was too small for standard cars (something the listing agent had tried to disguise).
He was extremely patient with us throughout the process, and once we were ready to buy (over Thanksgiving week no less) he jumped into action despite him traveling for most of the week. He helped us negotiate a good price and some great concessions from the seller that made us feel even more excited about the purchase. Even after close he has been extremely helpful in getting the seller to provide additional documents and answer questions about the home.
In short, Lance was great and I definitely plan on using him in the future.

It was a pleasure working with Lance. He was extremely responsive and would meet us at open houses at any time of day, regardless of whether it was during the week or weekend. He also has extensive knowledge of construction and materials from his prior career as a contractor, so he was able to quickly identify quality construction as well as potential issues with any of the apartments that we viewed with him.
Lance was excellent at staying on top of all of the various processes and deliverables, from title company to lender etc., and everything went smoothly.
I would highly recommend Lance as a broker, particularly in the SF market where you often have to make concessions on inspections and other things.
