Dealing with insurance agents is never an easy task, but Pedro made the process extremely easy. I gave him a call early in the morning because my previous policy was about to lapse and I needed coverage immediately. Pedro offered to quote me over the phone but I was in the area so I decided to stop by his office so we could expedite the process. When I walked in Pedro greeted me and made me feel welcome by asking me some basic questions about myself just to get the conversation going. After going through the application, I let Pedro know that although price was extremely important, I had never had an agent that was as friendly as he was. Pedro then informed me that he was able to get me a lower rate with Nationwide while also providing me with more comprehensive coverage than I had previously. He was then able to get me a larger discount by adding my renters insurance, which turned out to only be a couple extra dollars a month. Overall, it was a great experience and to this day Pedro has been nothing but helpful!

Pedro, help us purchased our first home in San Jose, it was a very delicate process as to the housing market is in demand. But with His skill and professionalism, he was able to get us the house that we wanted. It was the fist house that we saw and we didnt want to look for another one anymore, we love the house, and He made it possible. It was never easy as to they were aggressive buyer as well. Thank You for the help Pedro, he is very accommodating and he knows what we wants and he represents us to the best of his knowledge. Will definitely use him again to purchase another home in the future.
