We found Clay through a mailer solicitation. He was successfully selling condos in our neighborhood and price range. Clay professionally led us through all of the details including pricing, finding vendors to prep the condo and engaging high quality stagers. Bottom line: We sold the unit in 9 days at our price. As a first time home buyer, I could not have asked for a better experience then with Clay! After sharing a short list of homes that I found interesting he immediately provided a list of additional options. He made sure to arrange viewings at the times that suited me best. He was very considerate in providing detailed explanations of the process before, during and after negotiation phase as well as securing a price that fit my budget!
