We contacted John DiDomenico in November 2022 about selling a pair of Cole Valley flats. John developed a plan and timetable for listing the building and estimated the final selling price. We followed his advice about staging and listing the flats. John worked with us and the tenants, managed the showings and secured offers (three weeks after the property was listed for sale) which were slightly more than his November estimate. That achievement was noteworthy because, in the intervening months, interest rates increased and the failure of Silicon Valley Bank sent shock waves through the real estate market. John knew that we would be out of the country during the weeks between signing the contract and the escrow close.
