We had overall very positive experience working with Mia and her team as our seller agent. Despite unfortunately hitting the low market during our sell (listed in mid 2022), Mia and team had shown their professionalism and experience during the 9 months listing period and managed to attract limited buyers on the market to our property, resulting in a successful sale with a price that we could accept. Here are a few highlights of their service: - Extreme familiarity with the condo market in SoMa/Mission Bay area. As a result, they took care of most of the detailed processes specific to the condo apartment such as parking and HoA, order and replacement of appliances, etc. - Frequency, transparency and responsiveness in communication.
