If it could give you the option to choose -5 stars, that's the one I would choose instead of the one star. Recently I spoke to Ron Abta about a property I was going to purchase as he was very, very un professional, he said "You need to be warren buffet in order to submit an offer to purchase the property." just because I was out of state. Never again if I come across this Realtor will I try to give him business.
