It was absolutely a pleasant experience to work with Michael for half year from house hunting to landing in a beautiful piece of property in May 2023. Michael is very capable of developing good strategies for buyers, from 1. Getting us familiar with SFs districts 2. Narrowing down to certain districts we were interested in 3. Setting up a beginning price range, adjusting price range, readjust price range To 4. Purchasing negotiating, etc We felt no hard pressure from Michael over the entire course. He asked us to provide review after seeing every house so he knew better what we were really looking for, and steered us to the right areas that would be closer to what we really wanted. The time and patience was very worth. In the end, we got an ideal place. Michael was very responsive to any of our requests and questions. His answers and explanations were timely and right to the point. Speaking of after-sales service, Michael is superb. He referred all the needed service people, such as handyman, cleaning maid, smith, designers, etc to us, which is super helpful for us to settle down quickly and easily in the new house. We got Michaels name from a friend and have passed his name to other friends who are interested in buying houses in SF.

Michael and Aaron are absolute rockstars! From the very beginning, Michael and Aaron were readily available every step of the way, from helping us envision our dream home, helping us with our budget, finding and setting up showings, and being on their A-game every step of the way from making an offer to closing on our new home. We cannot recommend The Bellings Brothers enough!

I absolutely loved working with Aaron and Bellings Brothers! Aaron has an incredible knowledge of San Francisco real estate, and really took the time to understand our goals, our timeline and our budget. He had such a positive attitude and kept us feeling hopeful and excited throughout the process - even during stressful moments. He put in the time to answer all our questions, meet us at open houses and jump on the phone at any time - no question was too small for his time and attention. Aaron and Michael clearly have built an impressive web of connections and relationships throughout the Bay Area, and it shows. He provided recommendations along the way for lenders, contractors, and a detailed list of who to call for a variety of relevant topics. In the end, Aaron helped our offer rise to the top on a home that had 6 other offers! Aaron Bellings helped us find our first home! He was incredibly helpful, and worked with us for many years. He checked in often, but in a friendly way that wasnt bothersome. Him and his brother seem to know every single agent in the city, which is very helpful in finding properties! He also helped us with all of the confusing details, important strategies, and final details that comes with a home purchase. We were incredibly happy working with him and would recommend him and his brother to anyone looking to purchase a home in SF!
