Brendon was incredible - he helped us through every step of the way, was always available, and helped us out with a very tricky deal where the sellers converted their TIC to two condo units but were on the same loan, which meant that the sale of the two units had to close on the same day - meaning, all 4 parties involved had to have everything settled synchronously. He was the one person within the parties that knew about this rare and specific situation and the deal would have likely been off if he didn't go above and beyond to let the seller's agent and the seller's agent of the other unit know, saving not just us but the other unit a lost deal. Luckily Brendon was so experienced he was able to navigate this unique situation, the other parties, and making sure we were protected every step of the way. The deal worked out, and we're living in a wonderful place thanks to him!

Every real estate agent who asked us who we were working with already knew and loved Brendon. (Including, of course, the seller's agent for the house we made an offer on!) Brendon helped us navigate a competitive market during rising interest rates and masterfully negotiated a below list offer that was satisfying to the sellers and in our price range. I first met Brendon at a showing for a house that he was selling. Due to his professional demeanor, his extensive knowledge, and his engaging warmth, I immediately knew that he was the realtor who I would hire when it came time to sell my own home. Sure enough, my instincts about his excellence were confirmed when the sales proposal that he presented to me -- two personalized, hard-bound books that spelled out his specific marketing plan for my house -- was head-and-shoulders above all the others. In fact, this example of Brendon "going the extra mile" is a perfect reflection of the quality of his work as well as of the considerable thought, effort, and commitment that he puts into it. My husband and I worked with Brendon in 2022 to sell our home in SF. We live outside of CA - due to career, farm life, Covid, etc - its not easy for us to travel and so we relied entirely on Brendon to guide us through each step.
