My wife and I recently purchased a condo for short term rental and were emphatically impressed with Laura and her expertise. Neither of us are experts in real estate but neither needs hand holding either. None of my questions were left unanswered and I never felt like I was asking something ridiculous even though Im sure that at times I was. Shes responsive in the phone and at times sent me answers to the questions I was asking in an article while I was still on the phone with her. Shes assertive yet kind and I would absolutely recommend her services to anyone who is searching for a home

I worked with Laura for a number of months trying to find our house. Laura was terrific in sending us properties every week and very diligent with her work! She was straight forward with our expectations and worked so hard for us! We eventually found the perfect house and Laura made everything so easy and straightforward. We couldn't have picked a better person to help us find our house.

I had the best experience working with Laura to find my first home. My home search, which began as an incredibly daunting and stressful process, quickly became exciting and fun as Laura and I chatted back and forth about listings each day. Laura listened carefully to every comment I made about each one and gave great recommendations as well as needed support along the journey. She was incredibly flexible about getting us into units and talking at odd hours throughout the day. Its hard to express how grateful I am for how much time she took to help me every day. Once I found the perfect home for me that checked all the boxes, Laura was fantastic at walking me through the offer and coaching me on what to do. I knew absolutely nothing, but she wanted to make sure I understood every step of the process and each of the seemingly thousands of pages of documents I signed. Laura also connected me with lenders that worked transparently with me. She is also great at negotiating and got a deal below asking. I highly recommend Laura and will work with her if I move again someday. She is seriously the best!!
