It has been a pleasure working with Proof Real Estate regarding the sale of my mother's home. As a trust attorney, I am constantly being contacted by real estate agents looking to list my clients' homes. I can count on one hand the real estate agents I like and trust. Craig is one of those few, I trust to handle my clients' listings. This past year Craig handled house sales for 2 of my clients (a probate sale and trust sale). He did a cost benefit analysis for each property and made recommendations for what rehab should be done now to help increase the value of the property and what items to avoid doing. He then gave each client an estimate range of what their house should sell for. Craig set a due date for offers for each property and each property received multiple offers on the date for offers. Both of my clients were pleased with the price Craig got for them. I confidently refer my probate and trust clients to Craig.
